For 50 years, Howard Area Community Center’s mission is to assist low-income individuals and families in the greater Rogers Park and adjacent communities to stabilize their lives and develop the skills necessary to become effective community members. The Family Center assists over 230 at risk children each year in developing the competencies they need for kindergarten and elementary school.

Service Club of Chicago is an all-volunteer women’s organization founded in 1890.
